About Us
Genesis
From the power of a strong, trusting Amex Alumni group, a few global industry leaders, whose bonding outlasted their respective career stints, re-grouped during the Pandemic. Their paths crossed at American Express (Amex)’s Global Financial Resource Center East (FRCE) in the mid 1990s.
Having firm belief in Blue Box Values, united in their zeal to serve society, and leveraging their rich corporate and entrepreneurial experience driving large scale transformations, this team came together to launch BlueKare Foundation (BKF) in end 2021. They perceived the collective power of a strong alumni group and strengthened their resolve to carry forward the collective mission of ‘Share & Care’.
Why BlueKare?
One of three primary colours, Blue symbolises trust & transparency and responsibility & Care. Blue conveys compassion & harmony, flexibility & dynamism, all of which BlueKare strives for.
Blue connects with an expansive ocean & a limitless sky, representing boundaryless thinking. BlueKare (BKF) hopes to challenge limitations and harness collective energies to CARE in a spirit of positive transformation.

Our vision is ambitious, yet fairly simple. It is hinged on the essentials of sustainable development – a foundation of education, the strength of healthcare and conservation of the environment. Development that helps meet the needs of the present and provides sustenance for the future.

BKF will create, connect and collaborate to achieve its goal of vitalising communities. It hopes to create momentum for community development through a trustworthy network of dedicated volunteers, like-minded NGOs and conscious corporates. We are keen to build a culture of Individual Social Responsibility (ISR).
Who We Are
The BKF Board of Directors comprises Founding Members, all proven leaders in their respective fields. Each has led large, multi-geography, organisations and brings in thought, process and execution capability at scale. Each member is independently involved in significant CSR initiatives with different organisations.
